Feb 02, 2007: Local people assisted by police dig the grave of Nazir Ahmad Deka, to ascertain his identity by DNA testing, in Saloora, Ganderbal 22 kms Northeast of Srinagar, summer capital of Indian administered Kashmir Friday. Deka, a perfume seller from South Kashmir, proved to be the second victim of fake encounters, wherein they were first labelled as foreign guerrillas and then killed by Special Operations Group of police in a theaterical gunbattle, people alleged./ Altaf Zargar
