June 19, 2007: Bodies of militants wrapped in shrouds lie besides the ice cells in Narwah village of Beerwah, Budgam 45 kms north of Srinagar, summer capital of Indian administered Kashmir Tuesday. Police claims that the militants were killed in a gunbattle on Monday. However the local people say that one of the killed was a student. After heavy demonstrations police today handed over bodies of militants to the people. Entire area observed a shutdown in protest against the killing./ Javid Dar
